Member/Client Directory 

MediaMite's Member/Client Directory, combined with the Communication Center, is one of the most innovative features found in the Web Site Suite Software Program. The Member/Client Directory gives you a system to store a tremendous amount of information on your organization's members, your business clients, or staff. The information that can be stored includes: 

• Name, address, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Individual photo
• Family information, and
• Detailed information that needs to be individualized

The 'Easy Edit System' lets you enter and store an unlimited amount of information in the Member/Client Directory just by filling out a form. In addition, information contained in your Directory is visible by only those people that you choose via our Login Identification System. Members of your organization can also choose what information they want displayed. Members can edit and update their own personal information within the Member Directory.
