The Web Site Suite Software Program has one of the most powerful, yet easy to use communication tools available today. The Communication Center, combined with the Directory allows you to communicate in a variety of different ways with clients, employees, and other members of your organization. The most obvious and the quickest way is by sending an email. The email feature can do a number of things, they are:

• Email can be sent to an individual or a group of individuals
• With the email address book, you can target your recipients easily and accurately without knowing email addresses
• You can schedule your email in advance to be sent on specific dates
• The Communication Center form allows for carbon copies and blind carbon copies to be sent
• You can send attachments with your emails
• For those site members without email you can print mailing labels or envelopes from the Communication Center

In addition to being able to send emails, the Communication Center enables you to print mailing labels and envelopes. This outstanding feature helps you communicate with those individuals who do not have email capabilities, but are included in your Directory. You simply identify them as a member of a Group, which do not have email capabilities. In doing so, you have established a way to easily print mailing labels or envelopes for paper correspondence.
